Terms of Use
By using the App, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service
The App is a free puzzle game supported by ads. It may be changed, suspended or discontinued without notice.
2. Virtual items
Stickers, levels and scores exist only inside the game. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. They may be lost if you erase data or uninstall the App.
3. Prohibited
- Modifying, reverse engineering or illegally copying the App
- Cheating or using automation or other unfair means
- Harassing others or violating the law
4. Rights
All rights in the App’s code, images, sounds and text belong to the operator or the rightful owners.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Japan, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

利用規約
本アプリを利用することで、以下の規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. サービス内容
本アプリは無料のパズルゲームです。広告が表示されます。内容は予告なく変更・中断・終了することがあります。
2. バーチャルアイテム
シール・レベル・スコアなどはゲーム内の演出であり、金銭的価値はなく、換金・譲渡はできません。端末のデータ消去やアプリ削除により失われることがあります。
3. 禁止事項
- 本アプリの改変・リバースエンジニアリング・不正な複製
- チート、自動操作など不正な手段でのプレイ
- 第三者や事業者への迷惑行為、法令違反
4. 権利
本アプリのプログラム・画像・音・文章等に関する権利は事業者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
5. 免責
本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、動作の完全性・特定目的への適合性を保証しません。利用により生じた損害について、事業者は故意または重過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません(消費者契約法等の強行法規に反しない範囲)。
6. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合は、日本の裁判所を管轄とします(強行法規により異なる場合を除く)。
